1. Our Shipping Philosophy
At ICM Madhubani, we take immense pride in bringing the rich heritage of Madhubani's textile tradition to your doorstep. Every order is handled with the utmost care, ensuring that our handpicked sarees and garments reach you in pristine condition, no matter where you are located in India.
2. Delivery Network & Coverage
Pan-India Shipping: We deliver to over 25,000+ pin codes across India, covering all major Metro cities, Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities.
Remote Locations: For remote areas in the North East, Jammu & Kashmir, and rural interiors, we utilize India Post (Speed Post) to ensure reliable delivery where private couriers may not reach.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. However, we are working on expanding our reach to international customers soon.
3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline
We understand your excitement to receive your purchase. Here is how we process your orders:

4. Estimated Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched from our central hub in Madhubani, Bihar.
Within Bihar: 2 – 4 Business Days.
Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Kolkata, etc.): 4 – 6 Business Days.
Rest of India: 6 – 10 Business Days.
Note on Festive Delays: During peak seasons such as Chhath Puja, Durga Puja, Diwali, and Eid, courier services often face heavy loads. Please allow for a potential delay of 2-3 additional business days during these periods.
5. Shipping Charges & COD Policy
We aim to keep shipping costs transparent and affordable:
Orders above ₹1,999: Enjoy FREE SHIPPING nationwide.
Orders below ₹1,999: A flat shipping fee of ₹80 - ₹100 is applied (calculated at checkout based on weight).
Cash on Delivery (COD): An additional convenience fee of ₹50 may apply for COD orders to cover secure cash handling by our courier partners.
6. Trusted Courier Partners
To ensure the safety of your package, we only partner with industry leaders:
Primary Partners: Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, and XpressBees.
Real-Time Tracking: As soon as your order is scanned by the courier, a Tracking ID will be sent to your registered Mobile Number (WhatsApp/SMS) and Email Address.
7. Damaged Shipments & Unboxing Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. To protect your purchase:
Tamper-Evident Packaging: Our products are shipped in secure, branded, and tamper-proof packaging.
Do Not Accept: If the outer package appears torn, crushed, or tampered with, please refuse to accept the delivery and notify us immediately.
Unboxing Video (Mandatory): We strictly require an unboxing video (from start to finish without cuts) to process any claims regarding missing items or transit damage.
8. Address Changes & Non-Delivery
Change of Address: You can request a change of address only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, we cannot reroute the package.
Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery 3 times. If the customer is unavailable or the phone is unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our Madhubani hub. Re-shipping such orders will incur additional shipping charges.
