• Natural Imperfections: Authentic handloom products often have minor irregularities in the weave, slight dye bleeds, or small knots. These are not considered manufacturing defects; they are the hallmarks of genuine handmade textiles and attest to their unique, non-industrial origin.

• Embroidery: Hand-embroidery (Zardozi, Kantha, or Mithila art) may have slight thread inconsistencies which add to the traditional aesthetic of the garment.

4. Product Maintenance & Washing

ICM Madhubani is not responsible for any damage caused to the product after it has been used or washed.

• Dry Clean Only: Unless specified otherwise on the product label, most of our premium sarees and heavy ethnic wear are "Dry Clean Only."

• Fabric Care: Damage resulting from the use of harsh detergents, machine washing of delicate silks, or direct sunlight drying is not covered under our exchange or liability policies.
